Fire up the grill or barbecue for this satisfying summer menu of kebabs and salad, followed by a classic gooseberry fool, ready in about an hour.
Time plan 0-20 minutes If using a barbecue, preheat now. Coat the lamb in the marinade and thread onto the skewers. Make the tzatziki and chill. 20-35 minutes Cook the bulgur wheat and prepare the other Greek salad ingredients. 35-50 minutes Make the gooseberry fools and chill in the fridge. Assemble the Greek salad in a large bowl. 50-60 minutes Heat the grill/griddle, if using, and cook the skewers. Serve on the flatbreads with the lettuce, tzatziki and Greek salad.
