Are you, or do you know, someone under the age of 17 who seems to have a real talent for cooking? Then check out this great competition...
Not only is there the chance to be crowned ‘RIBI Young Chef 2011’, but the winner gets £250, a trip to Italy to visit the Filippo Berio Olive Groves, and a day cooking alongside Michelin-starred Phil Thompson at Auberge du Lac.
Each year over 4,000 school children enter the competition, now in its 10th year. This year's winner was Caitlin Grainger, pictured. To start, set up a cookery competition at school by contacting your local Rotary Club. They will help with all the arrangements and tell you what to do next.
