Time plan
0-15 minutes Preheat the oven. Trim and score the puff pastry for the tart and bake in the oven. Start cooking the lamb mince.
15-30 minutes Segment the oranges and make the syrup.
30-45 minutes Fill the puff pastry with the lamb mince and bake. Make the houmous. Pour the syrup over the orange segments and scatter with nuts.
45-60 minutes Take the tart out of the oven. Make the salad and serve with the lamb tart and houmous. Serve the honey and nut glazed oranges.
