Pak choi is a boon to lazy cooks as it requires very little cooking. Just steam with a minimum of water for a couple of minutes and it’ll wilt satisfyingly. Great with char sui pork, or most Chinese-style meat. Pak choi is also known as Chinese chard, white cabbage and bok choy.
