Dishes are inspired by Pino and Stefano's Italian roots, with ingredients sourced from Emilia Romagna, the food basket of Italy and home of the Ponti’s family. The menu includes Italian classics as well as contemporary additions such as hand rolled pizzas cooked in the wood burning oven sprinkled with parmesan, chicken Milanese in sage butter as well as delicious cakes and puddings lovingly made by Mama Irene who is a close family friend.
