Tea Tasting at Petersham Nurseries Teahouse

At the second tea tasting event at Petersham Nurseries Tea House, warm your hands on a nice cup of tea and learn a thing or two about this very British of brews.

Jennifer Wood, a passionate advocate of traditional whole leaf Chinese tea, will lead a morning of tea tasting, discussing everything from tea production methods to how to brew the perfect cup. Jennifer will be brewing and tasting some top quality white, green, oolong and black teas and explaining what makes the teas so special.

Jennifer is the founder of the Canton Tea Co, distributors of high grade teas, farmed the traditional way and hand picked and prepared today, just as they have been for 2,000 years. Find out more here.
