what to do with it. Chard is a tall green leaf with a crunchy stem that
can be white, red and yellow. It’s a proud member of the beetroot
family and has much in common with spinach, which makes a good
alternative. Cook chard by wilting it in a pan containing a little
water, or sauté it like a cabbage. Very healthy, too.
