Jack Daniels competition

The competition is open until 31 July 2009 to UK residents aged 21 years or over, excluding employees of Baxters, Brown-Forman Beverages Europe Ltd, their families, agents and anyone else connected with this promotion. Entrants should enter using the webform provided. Emails will not be accepted and entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed, corrupted or otherwise rendered invalid. The winner will be notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The winners will need to provide photographic ID proving that they are all aged 21 years or over and this must be submitted within three days of notification of the win. The prize-winners’ details will be available for six weeks by sending an SAE marked ‘JD Barbecue Sauces/delicious. magazine winners’ to the promoter at the address below after 31 July 2009. All additional expenses including, without limitation: travel insurance, spending money and travel to and from the airport are the responsibility of the prize-winners. The promoter reserves the right to select alternative winners, should all the original winners and guests not validate their identity and age, or ability to attend on the fixed trip dates. The prize-winners may be required to participate in future publicity. Any amendments to or cancellation of the prize made by a prize-winner after the arrangements are confirmed may be subject to administration charges, which will be the responsibility of the prize-winner. The first prize includes: flights for the winner and their guest; five nights in a four-star hotel; transfers; a set meal at Miss Mary Bobo’s; a tour of the Jack Daniel’s distillery; and attendance at the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue on 24-25 October 2009. Second prize: 20 runners-up will win the full range of Jack Daniel’s Barbecue Sauces, a recipe booklet filled with ideas on how to make the most of your product and a selection of barbecue tools. The prizes are as stated, are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value should the original prize become unavailable for any reason. Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in this promotion. The terms and conditions of the promoter’s agents and third party contractors involved in the provision of the prize apply. Phileas Fogg and Rondue competitions

No cash alternatives. 4.  No entries by phone or post. 5. Emails will not be accepted and entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered. 6. No responsibility is taken for entries lost or delayed. 7. Winners will be selected by an independent panel. 8. There will be one winner and one runner-up for the Phileas Fogg competition, and five winners for the Rondue competition. 9. For the Phileas Fogg competition: the accompanying person must over the age of eight, and by undertaking the prize, winners automatically accept all T&Cs set out by the suppliers, Buyagift.com. Phileas Fogg excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occuring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion of occuring to the winner(s) arising from his or her acceptance of a prize. Rachel's Organic competition

1. This promotion is open to all residents of the UK aged over 18, excluding employees, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.   Entrants must be available on 11th of July and must confirm acceptance of their prize within 10 days of the draw date.  2. By entering this promotion the entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, and to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions will be deemed to include the instructions on how to take part in the promotion. 3. All entries must be received by the Promoter before 1 July 09. The Promoter will not be responsible for lost entries. 4.Prize consist of (for 2 people) on Saturday 11th July only – tickets to the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show with a pre-show behind the scenes tour, 3 course restaurant lunch, free time to enjoy the show and 4* overnight accommodation.  All additional costs incurred by the winner and guest are their responsibility.  The winner will also win Rachel’s merchandise (which will include a picnic blanket and cool bag) as well as one month’s supply of Rachel’s products in the form of vouchers. 5. To enter the competition, entrants must send their favourite bespoke Italian recipe that they have designed with a friend, colleague or member of the family. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The entries will be shortlisted to the 10 best recipes, selected by the delicious. team. From this shortlist, Giancarlo and Katie Caldesi will select their two favourite couples who will then perform a cook-off at La Cucina Caldesi in Marylebone, London, on Friday 18 September 2009.
