My friend Liz and I took one cake each (I made the carrot and Liz made the chocolate) and took them into our office for the taste test. Our results were 8 for the carrot cake and 4 for the chocolate!
I loved the carrot cake so much I made it again as a tray bake for a dessert with some friends last week. It is a fabulous recipe and so easy to make.
