Off work with Pneumonia at the moment, and reading this edition has made me so wish I had my appetite back. Does give me something to look forward too, and have bookmarked loads of recipes to try. Both my sons and husband are devout carnivores, but I'm still trying to convince them a small amount of something amazing like this, is so good, the may even eat it with salad... heaven forbid! .....thanks so much for such a great read :0)

Untill resently I have not eatern red meat, but at Christmas I made the decision to trying a Ribeye Steak, I have never tasted anything so yummy I am now a great fan of Steak, unfortunatly good steak is expensive so it is now a specal occasion meal, to win this meat box would be heavenly
