Global’s revolutionary knives are made by Japanese craftsmen, from the finest carbon stainless steel and are sharpened in a way that keeps them incredibly sharp for longer, in contrast to many other knives.  They are balanced perfectly because of their hollow handle, which is filled with just the right amount of sand.
Easy to use and comfortable in the hand, Global knives are popular with the UK’s top chefs.  We’re giving away a set of three – an 8cm peeling knife, 11cm Oriental cook’s knife and 20cm chef’s knife.
