The mixer would be nice but it's the flour that I'm really after. Do you only get one type of Allinson flour if you win? I like the Premium Very Strong White but my girlfriend likes the Seed and Grain. On the other hand when we have guests around we normally make speciality breads (honey bread, chocolate and chilli bread, sundried tomato bread) with the Strong White. In fact now I think about it winning this might cause a kerfuffle if there's only one type of flour included.
