The winner and friend will be flown to Italy and whisked to a traditional country villa set in extensive gardens. Each day at the Daygustation cookery school, they’ll learn how to cook – and get to eat – a three-course regional menu, matched to wine. The hands-on lessons include making pasta, gnocchi, pizza and risotto.
There’ll be time to relax and explore the surrounding region, too, with the historic cities of Siena and Arezzo only a short distance away.

Bertolli’s new range is based on the principles of Tuscan cuisine, drawing on more than 150 years of culinary experience to create authentic Italian sauces using the time-honoured soffritto technique.
