I saw Heston on TV, cooking the chicken in the oven at low heat at 90ºC, so different to how I normally cook my chicken, which always come out dry. It is certainly a new way of cooking I have never come across. Winning this cookbook and Home kit would be amazing and will enable me to start practising straightaway. Cooking does not get more fun than this! My friends and family will be truly impressed!!!!, can't wait...............bring it on!

Oooh, yes! As someone who previously used the fridge ONLY to store coffee beans, face cream and champagne and the freezer for vodka, but have since had started a family (and a normal life :)) and started to cook, this really sets my inner chef on fire!!!
