From 1 September to 31 October 2010, the Fight Hunger/Eat Out campaign gets going – show your support by dining in a participating restaurant and donating your change.
What’s it about?
Action Against Hunger is a charity committed to ending child hunger. Each year it unites chefs, food lovers and restaurateurs in the fight against child malnutrition.
How to take part
Simply dine at one of the hundreds of participating restaurants around the country and opt to add a small donation to your bill. All funds go directly to assist Action Against Hunger’s lifesaving work.
Where exactly does the money go?
It helps provide communities with access to safe water and sustainable solutions to hunger in more than 40 countries around the world. Each year, more than four million people are helped by Action Against Hunger.
Who is involved?
This year, Raymond Blanc, Antonio Carluccio, Fergus Henderson, Giorgio Locatelli and Rick Stein are all lending support.
