National Watercress Week, nationwide, UK
A week-long homage to the superfood watercress includes the Watercress Festival in Alresford, Hampshire, on the 11th May; a celebration of live music, street theatre, children’s activities and a street parade. Anthony Worrall Thompson will be conducting live cooking demonstrations and Watercress Food Awards will be presented to innovative watercress-based products.
