Festival of Fish, Selfridges Food Hall, Oxford St, London
A celebration of fish and the shape of things to come at Selfridges; amongst the distinguished chef line up is Mark Hix; Tom Aikens will be making an appearance to compliment his ready to go food concession in the foodhall; and people will be able to try the new Rick Stein range.
There'll be lessons on how to make fish fingers, sashimi sessions and sushi tastings, and William Harcourt Cooze – of Willy’s Wonky Chocolate Factory fame – will also be cooking with fish... and his chocolate.
