Highly topical, this is part of the RSPCA Freedom Food’s ongoing campaign for higher farm animal welfare and asks consumers to think about the produce they buy and encourage supermarkets to stock more higher-welfare products. You can do your bit to help by buying Free Range or Freedom Food labelled products in place of intensively reared alternatives when you buy meat, poultry, eggs or dairy.
