Celebrating the best of Cornish produce, the festival centres around a gathering of chefs, producers and stallholders in a massive marquee in Lemon Quay, Truro. You will be able to taste, buy and watch the cooking of the best of all the produce Cornwall has to offer here, but the weekend will also see tastings, cookery demonstrations and masterclasses being held at several of Cornwall’s top restaurants, foodshops and farms. Boasting much of the UK’s top cheese, meat, fish, fruit, veg, beer and even wine; there really will be something for everyone.
