Dales Festival of Food, Leyburn, Yorkshire
Celebrating food, drink and farming in the Dales, around 80 chefs and producers offer demonstrations and tasting sessions along with beer and music festivals.
The theme for this year’s festival is 'Sustaining the environment' with the focus on local produce, farming and materials. The festival holds a theatre marquee where cooking demonstrations take place, a huge food hall, farming displays and music pavilions.
