Better the devil

Coeliac disease and gluten intolerance sufferers finally get a pizza the action.
Better the devil
Coeliac disease and gluten intolerance can have many debilitating symptoms, but the cruellest of these is the fact that sufferers cannot eat pizza. Until now, that is: Hell Pizza, a chain of pizza stores newly arrived in this country, offers gluten-free bases on all of its pizzas.

They have six vegetarian options on their varied menu, and they also display nutritional info for all of their food on their website. There’s only one store at the moment in Fulham, west London, but the chain hopes to open another 30 in the next two years.
