Cuban coffees are created from 100% Arabica beans, cultivated and hand picked in the Sierra Maestra Mountains, shade grown, sun dried and chemical free. Cuba’s climate, soil conditions and careful cultivation make for an almost faultless production.
Though Cuba has never been known as a volume producer of the bean, in contrast it has earned the reputation as the finest producer of quality coffee and because of this Cuban coffee occupies a privileged position. There are several countries that produce more coffee than Cuba; however it is difficult to match the Cuban quality.
