Ingredients
- 125g desiccated coconut
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp tamarind paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
Method
- 1. Mix everything in a bowl. Season to taste, cover and chill until needed. Serve with the Chicken curry (see recipe).
