Easy coconut and tamarind chutney

Ingredients

  1. 125g desiccated coconut
  2. 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 garlic clove, crushed
  4. 2 tsp white wine vinegar
  5. 1 tbsp tamarind paste
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. 2 tbsp natural yogurt

Method

  1. 1. Mix everything in a bowl. Season to taste, cover and chill until needed. Serve with the Chicken curry (see recipe).
