Microwaved crunchy green vegetables recipe

100g asparagus
100g broccoli
100g extra fine beans
100g sugar snaps
3 tbsp water
25g butter
2 tbsp sesame seeds


1. Put extra fine beans, sugar snaps, asparagus and broccoli, cut into small florets, into a dish with water.
2. Cover with cling film and pierce several times. Cook on high (900W) for 6 minutes, then leave to stand.
3. Put butter and sesame seeds into a dish, cover as before and microwave on high (900W) for 2 minutes or until golden.
4. Drain the vegetables. Drizzle with the sesame butter and sprinkle with sea salt to serve.
