Apple bircher muesli recipe

This recipe for apple bircher muesli, made with apples, banana and honey, is the perfect pick-me-up in the morning.

Apple bircher muesli

Ingredients

  1. 300g porridge oats
  2. 400ml apple juice
  3. 200ml natural yogurt
  4. Sliced banana, dried apricots and toasted coconut flakes, to serve
  5. Runny honey, to drizzle

Method

  1. 1. Put the porridge oats in a large bowl and pour over the apple juice. Soak overnight in the fridge.
  2. 2. The next morning, stir in the yogurt and spoon into bowls. Top with fruit and coconut, and drizzle with honey. Serve cold or warm in the microwave.
