This recipe for apple bircher muesli, made with apples, banana and honey, is the perfect pick-me-up in the morning.
Ingredients
- 300g porridge oats
- 400ml apple juice
- 200ml natural yogurt
- Sliced banana, dried apricots and toasted coconut flakes, to serve
- Runny honey, to drizzle
Method
- 1. Put the porridge oats in a large bowl and pour over the apple juice. Soak overnight in the fridge.
- 2. The next morning, stir in the yogurt and spoon into bowls. Top with fruit and coconut, and drizzle with honey. Serve cold or warm in the microwave.
