Per serving: 616kcals, 36.4g fat (11.3g saturated), 34g protein, 38.8g carbs, 4.8g sugar, 1.6g salt, 3.5g fibre
Freeze the uncooked burgers at the end of step 1. Defrost completely in the fridge before cooking.
Or try this:Spicy lamb koftas
Mix lamb mince with 1 tbsp harissa paste, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 4 tbsp chopped fresh parsley. Shape large handfuls around skewers and grill for 3-4 minutes on each side.

I followed the recipe exactly and froze them as suggested. When it came to cooking after defrosting, however, the mix was not well bound so fell apart on the barbecue. They tasted very good but the consistency let them down.
