A rich, creamy and luxurious salad dressing to serve over a salad of watercress, avocado and radishes.
Ingredients
- 50g blue cheese (Gorgonzola is good)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 6 tbsp olive oil
Method
- 1. Put the cheese in a food processor with the milk, vinegar, oil and some seasoning, and blend until smooth. Add a few drops of warm water if it’s a little thick.
