This boozy Calvados cream is the perfect accompaniment for your Christmas pudding.

Ingredients

  1. 600ml double cream
  2. 2 tbsp icing sugar
  3. 4 tbsp Calvados

Method

  1. 1. Lightly whip the cream and icing sugar until it starts to form soft peaks. Add the Calvados and whip until just holding its shape. Chill until ready to serve.
