Jazz up your carrots with chilli and thyme in this simple to prepare side dish. The perfect Sunday roast accompaniment.

  • a pack of prepared carrots
  • butter
  • fresh thyme leaves
  • pinch dried chilli flakes


  1. Cook a pack of prepared carrots according to pack instructions, then drain well.
  2. Melt a little butter in a pan over a medium heat, add the carrots, some fresh thyme leaves and a small pinch dried chilli flakes. 
  3. Toss for a few minutes until heated through.
