INGREDIENTS

a pack of prepared carrots
butter
fresh thyme leaves
pinch dried chilli flakes

METHOD

Cook a pack of prepared carrots according to pack instructions, then drain well.
Melt a little butter in a pan over a medium heat, add the carrots, some fresh thyme leaves and a small pinch dried chilli flakes.
Toss for a few minutes until heated through.
