Cherry tomato and pepperoni pizza recipe

These pizzas on naan bread are a breeze to make.

Cherry tomato and pepperoni pizza

Ingredients

  1. 2 plain naan breads
  2. 290g jar Whole Cherry Tomato & Basil sauce
  3. 150g pack Italian mozzarella
  4. 50g sliced pepperoni
  5. Handful of fresh basil leaves

Method

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200C/fan180C/gas 6. Put naan breads on a large baking tray. Divide jar of sauce between them, spreading evenly over each. Top with sliced mozzarella and sliced pepperoni. Season and pop in the oven for 10-12 minutes until piping hot and the cheese is turning golden. Scatter with fresh basil leaves to serve.
