Chicken with a cream tarragon sauce recipe

Try this chicken breast with tarragon and creme fraiche - it goes well with pasta.

Chicken with a cream tarragon sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1 chicken breast
  2. a knob of butter
  3. chopped shallot
  4. garlic
  5. a handful of chopped tarragon
  6. 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche

Method

  1. Pan-fry 1 chicken breast in a splash of oil and a knob of butter until golden all over. Cover and cook gently until tender. Push the chicken aside and add a little chopped shallot and garlic and cook until soft. Add a handful of chopped tarragon and 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche and bubble for 1 minute. Serve with cooked pasta.
