Try this chicken breast with tarragon and creme fraiche - it goes well with pasta.
Ingredients
- 1 chicken breast
- a knob of butter
- chopped shallot
- garlic
- a handful of chopped tarragon
- 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche
Method
- Pan-fry 1 chicken breast in a splash of oil and a knob of butter until golden all over. Cover and cook gently until tender. Push the chicken aside and add a little chopped shallot and garlic and cook until soft. Add a handful of chopped tarragon and 2 tablespoons of crème fraîche and bubble for 1 minute. Serve with cooked pasta.
