170g chocolate chips
170g caster sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
170g self-raising flour
Pinch of salt
24 lollipop sticks
Heat the oven to 160C. Grease the pan and set aside. In a medium saucepan, over a low heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, then stir until smooth.
Remove from the heat and pour into a bowl. Add the sugar and cocoa powder and mix until blended. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Add the flour and salt and stir until blended.
Spoon the batter into the bottom half of a cake pops baking tin, filling each well until it mounds over the top of the tin.
Place the top of the tin on top and secure with keys.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes in the tin, then remove the cake pops from the tin and allow to cool completely.
Dip a lollipop into melted chocolate and insert into the cakes.
Adorn with decorations of your choice.
