Cinnamon toffee apple wedges recipe

Sticky, gooey and sweet, this dessert apple recipe can be finished over the bonfire.

  1. 100g butter
  2. 100g golden caster sugar
  3. 6 apples, cored and cut into wedges
  4. ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  5. Handful pecans, toasted and chopped


  1. 1. Heat the butter and sugar in a pan set over the fire or a medium heat. As it begins to bubble and turn golden brown, add the apples and cinnamon and cook for 5 minutes, turning to coat the apples in the toffee mix.
