This quick and easy classic Coronation chicken salad - full of delicious grapes - can be made up in no time and is perfect with mango chutney.
Ingredients
- 150g pot natural yogurt
- 4 tablespoons chunky mango chutney
- 75g herb salad between
- 125g green seedless grapes
- 200g pack roast chicken tikka mini fillets
- 25g toasted flaked almonds
Method
- In a small bowl, mix together 150g pot natural yogurt with 4 tablespoons chunky mango chutney and season to taste. Set aside. Divide 75g herb salad between 2 large serving plates. Scatter 125g green seedless grapes, halving any large ones, and a 200g pack roast chicken tikka mini fillets, each piece halved. Scatter 25g toasted flaked almonds over the salad and serve with the yogurt and chunky mango chutney dressing.
