Cucumber smash cocktail recipe

This zingy cocktail packs a wallop thanks to the Polstar vodka.

Ingredients

1. Fresh mint
2. 1 part sugar syrup (simmer equal parts white sugar and water until the sugar has dissolved)
3. 3 parts Pölstar vodka

Method

1. 1. Muddle the mint and sugar syrup together. Half fill a glass with ice. Add the vodka. Top up with ice and the muddled mint and sugar syrup mixture.
