Edamame are young soybean pods and, in this simple recipe, they are eaten as a light and healthy snack. Tasty and good for you - go for it!

Ingredients

  1. 454g bag frozen edamame beans
  2. Sea salt, for sprinkling

Method

  1. 1. Cook the edamame in boiling water for 5-6 minutes, then drain. Transfer to a dish and sprinkle with sea salt. Eat the beans warm from the pods with your fingers. Or pop a pod into your mouth and slide along your teeth to eat the beans. Discard the pod.
