A simple yet indulgent creamy dessert that will make you think of summer.

Elderflower creams with melted brown sugar

Ingredients

  1. 300ml double cream
  2. 3 tbsp elderflower cordial
  3. 1 tbsp icing sugar
  4. Soft brown sugar

Method

  1. 1. Whip double cream with the elderflower cordial and icing sugar. Spoon into glasses or pots and sprinkle with soft brown sugar.
  2. 2. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes, until the sugar has melted into the cream.
