Ingredients
- 300ml double cream
- 3 tbsp elderflower cordial
- 1 tbsp icing sugar
- Soft brown sugar
Method
- 1. Whip double cream with the elderflower cordial and icing sugar. Spoon into glasses or pots and sprinkle with soft brown sugar.
- 2. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes, until the sugar has melted into the cream.
