MasterChef winner Dhruv Baker has created a showstopper menu for delicious. Even his side dishes have flair, as this spinach recipe proves.
Ingredients
- 400g baby spinach
- 25g unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp fenugreek leaves or seeds, pounded in a pestle and mortar
Method
- 1. Put the spinach in a hot pan with 1 tbsp water. Heat until wilted, then drain away the excess liquid. Add the butter along with the fenugreek, then season to taste. Toss to heat through, then serve with spiced chicken ballotines.
