Liven up your breakfast in the morning with a croissant filled with savoury goodies, such as your favourite cheese or ham.
Ingredients
- 2 fresh butter croissants
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 slices of ham
- Grated cheddar
Method
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°c/fan160°c/gas 4. Cut open 2 fresh butter croissants, then pop 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced, inside and top each with 1 slice of ham and a big handful of grated cheddar. Put the filled croissants on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the croissant is warmed through. Serve hot.
