Frozen berries with hot white chocolate sauce recipe

Making an indulgent summer dessert need not involve hours in a hot kitchen. All you need is a key ingredient - in this case, berries.

Frozen berries with hot white chocolate sauce

Ingredients

  1. 1 punnet each of raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and blackcurrants
  2. 100g good-quality white chocolate, chopped
  3. 250ml double cream

Method

  1. 1. Spread the berries over a baking tray and freeze for 1 hour.
  2. 2. Just before serving, put the white chocolate and double cream in a small pan over a medium-low heat, until melted, smooth and hot.
  3. 3. Divide the frozen berries between 6 plates and pour over the chocolate sauce.
