Ingredients

  1. 4 tbsp grated fresh hot horseradish
  2. 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  3. 2 tbsp double cream
  4. ¼ tsp English mustard
  5. A pinch of sugar
  6. Salt, to taste

Method

  1. 1. Mix the fresh horseradish with 2 tbsp crème fraîche and 2 tbsp double cream, ¼ tsp English mustard and a pinch of sugar. Season with salt to taste.

Chef's tip

Try adding some grated fresh horseradish to your gravy if you don’t want a separate sauce.
