Ingredients
- 4 tbsp grated fresh hot horseradish
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp double cream
- ¼ tsp English mustard
- A pinch of sugar
- Salt, to taste
Method
- 1. Mix the fresh horseradish with 2 tbsp crème fraîche and 2 tbsp double cream, ¼ tsp English mustard and a pinch of sugar. Season with salt to taste.
Chef's tip
Try adding some grated fresh horseradish to your gravy if you don’t want a separate sauce.
