Iced mocha latte recipe

This frothy mix will satisfy even the most hardened coffee nut.

Iced mocha latte

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp ground espresso coffee
  2. 1 tsp cocoa
  3. 2 tsp sugar
  4. 75ml cold milk

Method

  1. 1. Make up some espresso using the espresso coffee and 300ml of boiling water in a cafetière.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, mix the cocoa and sugar with 2 tbsp boiling water in a large jug. Pour the coffee into a liquidiser with the cocoa mixture and milk. Whizz together until frothy and pour into 2 large glasses filled with ice to serve.
