Lemon-dressed tagliatelle

Ingredients

  1. Finely grated zest and juice of 2 unwaxed lemons
  2. 4 tbsp olive oil
  3. 450g fresh tagliatelle
  4. 75g Parmesan, grated
  5. 50g wild rocket

Method

  1. 1. Mix together the zest, juice and oil in a large pasta serving bowl.
  2. 2. Cook the tagliatelle according to packet instructions, drain, and add to the serving bowl.
  3. 3. Season, add the cheese and toss together to coat in the dressing. Top with rocket.
