Ingredients

2 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp chilli powder
Lime juice
2 tbsp lime juice
2 dashes hot sauce
1 dash soy sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
A pinch of pepper
1 ice-cold Mexican beer such as Corona
Lime wedges, to serve

Method

Mix sea salt and chilli powder on a saucer, run a little lime juice around the rim of a glass, then dip into the chilli mix.
Fill the glass with ice, add 2 tbsp lime juice, 2 dashes hot sauce, 1 dash soy sauce, 1 dash Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of pepper. Slowly pour in an ice-cold Mexican beer such as Corona. Decorate with lime wedges, stir and enjoy.
