For deliciously easy chocolate pots, simply microwave for quick results. These are absolutely fabulous to finish off family meals or dinner parties.
Ingredients
- 300g dark chocolate
- 500g fromage frais
Method
- 1. Break dark chocolate into a bowl.
- 2. Microwave on medium (500W) for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- 3. Add fromage frais and stir. Divide between 6 pots and eat straightaway.
Chef's tip
You can chill them overnight but they have a silky smooth texture if eaten at once.
