These chocolately, fruity puds are a cinch to make and take just 10 minutes!
Ingredients
- 3-4 mini chocolate brownies
- A few spoonfuls of cherries (from a can) and their syrup
- A good dollop of lightly whipped double cream
- Some grated plain chocolate
Method
- 1. Layer chocolate brownies, cherries and their syrup in 4 tumblers or dessert glasses.
- 2. Top each with a good dollop of lightly whipped double cream and some grated plain chocolate.

Make this more indulgent by buying cherries that have been soaked in kirsch instead.
