Kick-start the weekend with a scrumptious, vitamin-packed smoothie.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe papayas
- 2 chopped bananas
- juice of 2 limes
- lime zest
- 3 tbsp of Greek yogurt
- 600ml apple juice
Method
- 1. Place the diced flesh of 2 ripe papayas, 2 chopped bananas, grated zest and juice of 2 limes, 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt and 600ml apple juice in a food processor and whizz until smooth.
- 2. Transfer to a jug and chill for 30 minutes, then pour into glasses and serve.
Chef's tip
Great on its own or alongside pan-charred brioche or hot buttered toast.
