An inspired way to turn a breadstick into a stylish canapé. The pesto dip adds freshness.
Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp fresh pesto
- 200g tub crème fraîche
- Some slices of Parma ham
- Sesame grissini (Italian breadsticks, from Waitrose and Sainsbury’s)
Method
- 1. Stir 2-3 tbsp fresh pesto into a 200g tub crème fraîche.
- 2,Halve some slices of Parma ham lengthways, then wrap around some sesame grissini. Serve alongside the dip.
Wine Recommendation
A fine, dry pink, maybe from Spain or Bordeaux, will work with the canapés.
