Parma ham-wrapped grissini with pesto dip recipe

An inspired way to turn a breadstick into a stylish canapé. The pesto dip adds freshness.

Parma ham-wrapped grissini with pesto dip

Ingredients

  1. 2-3 tbsp fresh pesto
  2. 200g tub crème fraîche
  3. Some slices of Parma ham
  4. Sesame grissini (Italian breadsticks, from Waitrose and Sainsbury’s)

Method

  1. 1. Stir 2-3 tbsp fresh pesto into a 200g tub crème fraîche.
  2. 2,Halve some slices of Parma ham lengthways, then wrap around some sesame grissini. Serve alongside the dip.

Wine Recommendation

A fine, dry pink, maybe from Spain or Bordeaux, will work with the canapés.
