Parmesan and black pepper popcorn with prosciutto recipe

Parmesan and black pepper popcorn with prosciutto

Ingredients

  1. 85g packet salted microwave popcorn
  2. 50g Parmesan, finely grated
  3. ½ tsp ground black pepper
  4. 100g prosciutto, finely sliced

Method

  1. 1. Cook popcorn according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then sort through to remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. 2. Mix the popcorn with the grated Parmesan, black pepper and sliced prosciutto and toss together to combine well.
