Ingredients

  1. St Marcellin from Isere
  2. Valençay
  3. Beaufort Chalet d’Alpage The Prince of French Gruyère from the Savoie
  4. Vacherin Mont d’Or from the Haut-Doubs
  5. Carles Roquefort

Method

  1. 1. Serve the cheeses on a cheeseboard with fruit, nuts, bread and crackers.

Wine Recommendation

Wine note: Drink with a white wine such as Chignin Bergeron from the Savoie or a fruity white Burgundy.
